MPS, Inc. Fees, Retainer & Payment

Dr. Marciani's hourly fee for Forensic Assessment Services is Three Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($325.00) per hour plus reasonable expenses. Dr. Marciani does consider reduced rates for governmental and nonprofit organizations.  

Hours are billed in quarter-hour increments.

Prior to rendering any services, MPS, Inc. requires that all clients and/or attorneys make and confirm all arrangements for evaluations (contact Dr. Marciani here).  In addition, payment of Dr. Marciani's retainer or fee must be made prior to the scheduled evaluation date.

All other payments should be arranged with Dr. Marciani.
